Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3rd, 1976) is an American actor from the United States. She's played a variety of soap opera roles including Megan Dennison in The Young and the Restless as well as Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful. She was Daphne who was a regular character in the second season of HBO's series True Blood. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 at the University of Tennessee at Martin. She started her career as an educator within Maury County where she taught kindergarten and the first graders Reading. In 1998, she was married to Brent Jones, her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones after which she moved in Thompsons Station. In the Thompsons Station, she started teaching fourth level in Bethesda Elementary. Both in 1999 and 2000 Ashley continued teaching as she obtained her Masters in Teaching degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. However In 2000, they were able to welcome Baylor. Ashley has been spending the past fifteen years working on the progress of the children in her home congregation and in the community, while also serving in various capacities. Ashley is a long-time leader and leader of Thompson Station Church's Preschool Ministry and also the Student Ministry in Thompson Station Church. Ashley spent three years at home homeschooling her kids. During their home schooling years the children took part in a home school tutorial where Ashley also taught History to Kindergarten and 1st grade. God gave her family the message that even though she loved homeschooling with the children and spending time with them, it was now time for Ashley to go back to the classroom. Brent and Ashley have 5 children each. Silas, Eliza and Cruz all are students at GCA. Baylor who is a GCA graduate, attends UT Martin, where he plays baseball at the university. Callan is also is a GCA graduate attends Western Kentucky University. They are a busy family that loves fishing for fish and hunting. They also enjoy cheering each other on in their preferred sports and events. Romans 8:28. We believe that God works constantly for those who are called to worship Him and to follow his purposes.
